If there is one thing Maggie will not do for her clients is to give up without getting the best solutions for her clients, no matter how big or small the deals are. Her keen understanding of the luxury real estate and new developments market in New York City, along with her expertise and a strong knowledge base across all sides of the business resulted in about $300 million closed deals in sales volume during her career as a real estate broker.
With her team at The Corcoran Group, SoHo office branch, with the adapt capacity to assist English, Mandarin, and Korean-speaking clients, Maggie has represented many sellers/buyers and landlords, with deals ranging from $800,000 to $25 million, and has broken the records of highest sales price and rentals in numerous buildings throughout Manhattan.
Maggie collaborates with international and local investors, managing investors’ funds, that roughly total $10 million, searching for real estate development opportunities to invest in Manhattan and Brooklyn, including commercial real estate from $3-$20 million per deal.
From Taiwan and educated in the United States, Maggie prides herself on being a trusted advisor, leveraging her market knowledge and nimble negotiating skills, having built her businesses from the bilingual and bicultural foundation and networks. She is also the general director of the Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce of New York.
Maggie and her husband are proud homeowners in Manhattan, Williamsburg, and Long Island. Aside from real estate, Maggie enjoys traveling with her husband and kids, watching movies, yoga, running, and all that New York City has to offer.
