Born and raised in New York, Stan and his family have been investing in New York City real estate for the past 2 decades. He spent 10 years in sales and marketing before opening his own restaurant that quickly became one of the most popular eateries in Downtown, Brooklyn. After 4 years of operating, he sold the restaurant and began his career in real estate.
Being a member of the Maggie Huang Team, Stan brings his hard-working business ethic and marketing skills to add to the expertise and experience that the team provides in the luxury real estate market in New York City with deals ranging from $600,000 to $25 million. He values building strong trusting relationships while focusing on being detail-oriented to ensure that his clients all have the best representation.
Being a huge foodie, Stan loves to cook and also enjoys running and spending time with his wife and two children whether it be a day at the park or traveling the world together.
