📌228 contracts signed, up 6% weekly but down 13% yearly
📌Contract activity decreased on an annual basis in all but four of the 20 categories that Corcoran tracks
📌This was the slowest first week of March since 2020, only 2009 saw a slower start to the month of March
📌Sales have declined year-over-year in all but one week since interest rates began to climb again in the first week of February
