📌248 contracts signed, up 3% weekly and 10% yearly
📌Although sales were up versus 2023, they were still 5% below the 10-year average for the first week of April
📌Resale condo and resale co-op sales increased but new development sales fell 8% compared to a year ago
📌Versus last year, sales under $5 million improved 11%
📌Versus last year, sales over $5 million fell by 7%
📌All unit types except 4+ bedrooms experienced year-over-year increases in signed contracts
